Props: Yoga Mat, Light Hand Weights, Notebook and Writing Utensil

90 min. Workshop for those just starting out or wanting to know more about Barre method, movement, form, etc. Come ready to discuss, take notes + sweat! The last 30 min. will be an Express Barre class incorporating what we learned + putting it into action! Specific instructions on the following areas: Plank, Biceps, 1st Position, Bridge, Crunch
